A really good Mexican restaurant! They set the standard in Jackson County. Their chefs prepare shrimp better than any other restaurant in this area. Never overcooked, always fresh, the shrimp dishes are not to be missed. A nice buffet is offered for lunch, and the rest of the menu is about what you would expect for a Mexican place. I love their salsa too.

I needed to find a restaurant so I thought this had some potential. It's not very visible and it looks very small. After waiting only 5 minutes for our food, I tasted the delicious meal of Rodeo Santa Fe Mexican Restaurant. I was speechless when I tasted the amazing rice and beans. My dad and I had an amazing time and I will definitely go there again.
On Hwy. 72, near Tennessee. Very good quality typical southern Mexican. $8.99 for lunch menu. Dinner a few bucks more. Lunch menu is often 4 items for $8.99. Sometimes they have a lunch food bar. $3.99 lime Margaritas, on some days. Long established restaurant. Nice dark iced tea. Vegetarian, shrimp options. Fried iced cream. Their peppers are stuffed with cheese. Will substitute beans for meat on lunch menu. Very clean and nice inside. Lots of large tables for 6-8 people. Private 4 person, booths. Clean, small, 1 person bathrooms. Optional flour chips instead of corn, for $2.99. Plenty of lettuce in the salad.
